About C2 and these terms
C2 English School operates in Ireland. These terms cover our public website, general information and free learning resources. Paid courses may have separate booking conditions provided before enrolment.
Acceptable website use
Use our website lawfully. Do not bypass security, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with services, misuse accounts, distribute harmful software or exploit student information. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users and systems.
Courses and availability
Our website describes immersion in Ireland, online courses and exam preparation. Displayed information is not a guarantee of availability or a confirmed booking. Dates, fees and inclusions are confirmed through the applicable enrolment process.
Bookings and payment
Booking, payment, cancellation and refund conditions may differ between programmes and are supplied separately as applicable. This website document does not override those written conditions or mandatory consumer rights. Please review the relevant offer before paying.
Young learners and families
Parents or guardians may need to authorise participation and provide accurate information for safeguarding, accommodation and activities. Programme-specific information explains conduct, supervision and welfare arrangements.
Learning tools and assessments
Our English Level Test and Learning Lab provide educational guidance. Automated estimates and AI-assisted tools are not official Cambridge or IELTS results and do not guarantee an examination outcome.
My C2 accounts
Account access is personal and role-based. Keep credentials secure, do not share accounts or access information outside your permissions, and report suspected misuse. Access may be restricted for security reasons, subject to applicable rights.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, original C2 text, branding, software, exercises, photographs and design belong to C2 or its licensors. Ordinary personal educational use is permitted. Commercial copying or redistribution requires permission unless allowed by law.
Third-party websites
Links to external educational, examination or booking services are provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms and policies, and links do not necessarily imply endorsement.
Accuracy and availability
We take reasonable care to keep information accurate and services available, but online tools may occasionally contain errors or be interrupted. We may correct content and improve functionality without changing mandatory rights.
Liability and consumer protection
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. Mandatory consumer rights and remedies under Irish and EU law remain unaffected.

Irish law and jurisdiction
These website terms are governed by Irish law. Subject to mandatory rules, the competent Irish courts may hear disputes arising from them. Consumers retain any rights to bring or defend proceedings in another jurisdiction under applicable EU or national consumer-protection rules.
